This is something that many people never consider because they have been conditioned over the years to be dependent on a job. They believe the only way to generate income is by having a job. Yes, a J.O.B., just over broke. “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”.

Most of us are so used to going to the job and being told what tasks we are supposed to do and completing them. But, when you start your own online home based business you are suddenly the boss. This means that there is nobody besides yourself to hold yourself accountable for whether or not the things that get done get done. Another important thing you will have to take care of is bookkeeping. Finances, banking and paying the taxes are now your responsibility. It is vital that you make a strict budget and monitor it. You will have to keep accurate records of all transactions for the government and file taxes. Yes, it is true, death and taxes are inevitable. It’s the same for any business offline or online.

This is just the beginning of all of the types of things that you will be responsible for when you start building your own online home based business. So, are you prepared to actually run a home based business?
